PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure of a guide rail for a closing body, that can improve the strength of the guide rail for the closing body and improve a disaster preventive function for fire prevention, smoke prevention, and the like and a crime preventive function. SOLUTION: In constituting the guide rail 50 for guiding the movement of the closing body 20 such as a shutter curtain by inserting an edge part 20A of the closing body 20 in an insert part 60, a reinforcing member 53 is provided for reinforcing a guide rail body 52 forming the insert part. The deformation of the guide rail 50 is thereby prevented or suppressed.
