PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the jitters of output signals increase and code errors by circuit noise are easily generated since it is required to set a threshold near an 'H' or 'L' level in the case of changing a duty in a conventional light transmitter. SOLUTION: A duty correction circuit is turned to the constitution of connecting mutually serially connected plural delay circuits for inputting the output of a waveform shaping circuit, a temperature detection circuit for measuring the ambient temperature of a light emitting element, a selection circuit for taking out only one desired signal from the delay circuits and a logical addition circuit for adding the output of the selection circuit and the output of the waveform shaping circuit. |
