PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure capable of applying to a sanitary unit such as unit bus and further increasing a workability. SOLUTION: The ceiling structure of a sanitary unit is formed by hooking a ceiling panel 2 to the upper edge of a wall panel 1. A line groove 21 opened downward and allowing the upper edge of the wall panel 1 to be inserted relatively to each other is provided at the peripheral edge of the ceiling panel 2. Then, a plurality of hooking members 3 exerting an elastic force on the upper edge of the wall panel 1 in the direction to move the wall panel apart from a down piece 21b are provided on the down piece 21b on the outside of the line groove 21 along the line groove 21.
