PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method by which image density easily and surely corresponding to even the soil correction of a laser writing system, the change of a developing property and the changeover of resolution can be obtained, the consumption of toner can be freely stabilized or reduced and image quality can be changed to the desired one. SOLUTION: By this image forming method, a developed image is obtained by forming electrostatic latent images corresponding to image information with plural kinds of resolution on a photoreceptor by laser beams and developing them. Then, the image patch of prescribed picture element density is formed on the photoreceptor by changing the output of the laser beams every resolution and developed. Besides, the density of the developed image patches is detected. Based on the detected density detection information, the output of the laser beam that the image patch of the prescribed picture element density becomes the prescribed density is obtained. By the obtained output of the laser beam, the image of every resolution is formed. |
