PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder of a storage medium for headache formed by sewing together the four corners of a rectangular fabric subjected to quilting and providing the upper part with an opening space. SOLUTION: This holder is formed by cutting the four corners of the rectangular fabric 2 subjected to quilting to a rectangular shape and sewing biases 4 to the edges of the portions where the opening 3 is formed, then turning back the fabric 2 to a back side, bending the baric around D of the four corners in such a manner that A and C as well as B and C constitute contact points, superposing and sewing together A and B and turning back the fabric to the front to complete the holder.
