The invention relates to the compound of the formula (see formula I) which is 2-(3,5-bis-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-N-methyl-N-(6-morpholin-4-yl-4-o - tolyl- pyridin-3-yl)-isobutyramide. It has been found that this compound has a high affinity to the NK-1 recepto r and it is therefore useful in the treatment of diseases, which relate to this receptor .
