PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a system for offering information, with which a concept on the side of information provider can be easily reported. SOLUTION: Concerning the device and the method for offering information, requested information is provided corresponding to a request from a user, the history of information offering to the user is stored and when the information offering to the relevant user satisfies prescribed conditions on the basis of the relevant offering history, a privilege corresponding to the relevant conditions is applied to the relevant user. Besides, the information offering system is provided with a storage means installed on the information providing device side or terminal side for storing the history of information offering from the information providing device to the user, and a privilege applying means for applying the privilege corresponding to prescribed conditions to the relevant user on the basis of the stored offering information when the information offering to the relevant user satisfies the relevant conditions. |
