PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous rice cooker providing constantly delicious cooked rice in a non-sticky and well-cooked state. SOLUTION: The continuous rice cooker is made up of a fixed quantity rice feeding section 1 that feeds a fixed quantity of rice dipped in water, a secondary dipping section 4 that dips rice R of a fixed quantity supplied in a heated water tank 2 and transports through a scraper conveyor 3, and a steaming section 6 that steams rice R coming out from the secondary dipping section 4 by heating steam while transporting. |
