PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixing material with a cement having a good slump- holding property as its concrete and also not inhibiting its expansion performance and development of its strength, and a cement composition. SOLUTION: This admixing material with the cement is obtained by incorporating 0.05-5 pt.wt. dextrin containing 70-100% cold-water soluble portion to 100 pts.wt. expandable material consisting mainly of a free lime, calcium ferrite and anhydrous gypsum, and the cement composition contains the cement and the above admixing material.
