摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser stabilization light source device, that can easily and safely replace a semiconductor laser element in a site, and a drawing substrate that can prevent static electricity breakdown or the like and mounted with an integrated circuit. SOLUTION: A drawing substrate 201 can be pushed freely in and pulled out from a connector substrate 205 at a case side. The surplus part of an optical fiber 213 connected to an LD element 212 which is mounted onto the substrate is wound to a reel 214 on the substrate for storing. A relay group 216 provided on the substrate is operated so that the required part of a signal pin for composing the LD element 212 is short-circuit at the moment, when the substrate is separated from the connector substrate 205.
