PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a combined structure of metal member and a resin member without a limitation of shape. SOLUTION: A locking projection 19 of a metal member 14 is contacted to a contacting dent 23 of a resin member 15 from the lower surface side, a metal engaging part 17 of the metal member 14 is coupled in a resin fitting hole 21 of the resin member 15 from the upper surface side, and the metal member 14 and the resin member 15 are fixed to each other with a pin member 16 in this state. Even if the metal engaging part 17 fitted in the resin fitting hole 21 is turnably connected to the resin member 15 with the pin member 16, as the locking projection 19 contacts the containing dent 23, the metal member 14 and the resin member 15 do not relatively rotated and the both can be combined in one. Thus, sufficient strength can be assured. By this, thinning is made possible, little limitation is given. Even if the metal member 14 and the resin member 15 are formed separately, a structure of one body of the two can be obtained.
