PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing valve contributing to stabilization of the working responsiveness and capable of suppressing the manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: A piston 26 is installed in a housing 11 in such a way as slidable in the axial direction. A communication passage 26c is blocked by the head 28a of a Shaft 28 in the initial condition of the shaft 28 and opened by the primary displacement of the shaft 28, and the piston 26 is separated from the seat face 11f by the secondary displacement of the shaft 28.
