PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel support device allowing the number of part items to be reduced, work efficiency to be increased, and an appearance to be improved. SOLUTION: This panel support device comprises a front member fixed to the indoor surface side of a panel body, a rear member disposed at an interval along the indoor side of the front member, a connection material provided between the front member and the rear member, and a cover installed on the right and left side surfaces of the front member and the rear member. The front member further comprises a connection part connected to the panel body and an opening groove facing the indoor provided along the longitudinal direction of the front member. The rear member further comprises an opening groove facing the outdoor provided along the longitudinal direction of the rear member. One end part of the connection member is stored in the opening groove facing the indoor, the other end part of the connection material is stored in the opening groove facing the outdoor, and the front member and one end part of the front member are connected to the rear member and the other end part of the connection material through a fixing device from the side. Each cover shields the fixing device.
