PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate shocks upon landing, prevent uneven tire abrasion, improve safeness and ensure energy and resource saving by preliminarily rotating the wheels of an aircraft that is about to be landed. SOLUTION: For its rotation especially requiring no power and posing no adverse effects on aircraft flight, a wheel uses an airflow in flight. The tire groove is devised accordingly. The tire or wheel is mounted on its sidewalls with projections or fins for generating torque by means of air force. The upper half of the wheel is mounted with a cover that causes air force acting on the lower half to rotate the wheel. The three methods may be used in a combination.
