PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the occurrence of looseness after fitting a resin molding, and improve the resin molding fitting workability in the resin molding fitting structure for fitting a long size resin molding to a car body panel through a metal clip. SOLUTION: When fitting a rear seat back finisher 10 to a car body panel 40 through a metal clip 30 formed by bending and having an S-shaped cross section so that a rib insertion groove 31, into which a clip fitting rib 20 of the rear seat back finisher 10 is to be inserted, and a panel fitting groove 32, in which a connecting flange 41 of the car body panel 40 is to be inserted, are opened opposite to each other, an opening 33 is opened at a bottom part of the rib insertion groove 31 of a metal clip 30, and a projection 21 projected from a tip of the clip fitting rib 20 is fitted in this opening 33 so as to prevent the generation of looseness of the metal clip 30. An emboss recessed part 22 is provided in an outside surface 20a of the clip fitting rib 20, and a stopper pawl 35 to be engaged with the inside of the emboss recessed part 22 is provided in the rib insertion groove 32 of the metal clip 30.
