PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-drive delay reproduction television receiver that a user can make delay reproduction later even when, for some reason, the user cannot have viewed a television broadcast program that the user has scheduled to view and also the user can view part of the broadcast program that is broadcast while the user views the recorded program and to provide a video unit. SOLUTION: The non-drive delay reproduction television receiver that the user can reproduce a television broadcast program with a delay even when the user, for some reason, cannot have viewed the television broadcast program that the user has scheduled to view, is provided with a television main body section 1, an endless recording/reproducing section 2, a recording/reproducing control section 3. The endless recording/reproducing section 2 records a television broadcast program in a wrap around way and reproduces it.
