PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a television community where viewers can interactively and freely make communication with each other and to provide a television community system. SOLUTION: The method is provided to form a community where viewers can exchange opinions on TV broadcast programs. This invention especially provides the television community forming method and its system by which stations broadcasting TV programs and the community can independently exist and which is characterized in that data exchanged in the community may be multimedia data such as voice data, image data and character data. |
