<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lunch container formed of one foamed sheet, provided with sufficient heat insulation properties as a whole, having its inner surface of thermal conductivity and smoothness provided to a certain extent and also its outer surface provided with heat insulation properties sufficient to protect hands and fingers and the rough state for making the surface hard to slide thereon and also securely providing a nonslip property when being handled by the hands and fingers. SOLUTION: A lunch container is formed by compression air molding or vacuum molding a single foamed sheet, and at least a surface 11 forming the outside of the lunch container is preliminarily foamed to form a the foamed sheet, or a material with foaming power to be foamed when the air compression molding or vacuum molding is carried out is provided on the outside surface 11, and the foaming ratio of a foamed section 13 on the outside surface 11 is set in the range of 1.1-10 times to form the outside surface 11 and a smooth inside surface 12 having no foaming section, and a heat insulation section formed of a plurality of protruded lines 14a or protrusions is formed on a part of the outside surface 11 to secure the thinning of walls and rigidity thereof so that the bulk when carrying a number of the lunch containers collected all together is small.</p> |
