PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure diagnostic guide device of electrical equipment capable of preventing the occurrence of a malfunction by the erroneous connection of the prescribed electrical equipment and a connector and a cutoff error of a power source of the prescribed electrical equipment at inspection work of the prescribed electrical equipment. SOLUTION: This failure diagnostic guide device is provided with a controller 3 connecting a load gauge 1 via a connector 2 and including a storage part 6 for storing an inspection item of inspection work of the load gauge 1, an input device 12 having an inspection indicating part 13 for outputting a signal for indicating a display of the inspection item to the controller 3 and a display device 15 for displaying the inspection item stored in the storage part 6 according to a signal outputted from the controller 3, and the controller 3 includes a power source cutoff commanding means 10 for processing so as to automatically cut off a power source 16 of the load gauge 1 when indicating the display of the inspection item of the inspection work of the load gauge 1 by the input device 12.
