PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly communicate E-mail not through a server and to communicate E-mail data like user-to-user information of an ISDN line by using service enabling the communication of information between a caller-side device and a called-side device at the time of call setting. SOLUTION: Whether or not E-mail data are added to call control information and sent is controlled according to a specified communication partner. When the E-mail data are included in an incoming call signal, the data included in the incoming call signal are received.
