PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a configuration of a cooling apparatus for an X ray apparatus 1 including an X ray source 3 arranged in a case 3 filled with a refrigerant so that the X ray apparatus 1 can be operated for a longer time. SOLUTION: The cooling apparatus is installed with at least one phase transition accumulator 12-25 provided with a phase transition material connected to the X ray apparatus 1 so that the heat conduction is made.
