PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell plate for separating microfine specimens with reduced loss scarcely causing careless outflow of microfine specimens. SOLUTION: The cell plate 2 for separating microfine specimens is equipped with a storage chamber 23, the carrier grooves 24, 25 and the output groove 26 and the like. A couple of electrodes 36 and 37 are arranged to the opening edge on both sides of the output groove 26 in opposition to each other in order to form an electric field E1 in the culture solution. Further, a three-dimensional structure 51 is formed on the top edge parts of the electrodes 36 and 37. The top edge of the three-dimensional structure 51 extends near to the bottom face 26a of the output groove 26.
