PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface temperature measuring thermistor body capable of accurately measuring surface temperature without bruising the surfaces of vegetables and fruits and to provide a thermistor measuring body. SOLUTION: A thermistor element body 3 comprising an approximately spherical miniature insulated thermistor element 1 ofϕ1.0 mm or less and an insulated conductor 2 connected to the element 1 is inserted in a silicon tube 4 in such a manner that the element 1 is projected by a specified length b from the end part t1 of the silicon tube 4, and a silicone adhesive is filled in the tube 4 near an end part t2 to provide an adhesive filled part 5, thus forming the surface temperature measuring thermistor body 10. The thermistor body 10 is inserted in a hole h of a measuring body outer cylinder 15, and a specified length e of the tube 4 on the element 1 side is stuck with the silicone adhesive to provide an adhesive stuck part 16, thus forming the surface temperature measuring thermistor measuring body 20.
