PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle operation management system capable of grasping positions of other vehicles by each vehicle, reporting coordinate data on a target position, transmitting target position data from a base station to each vehicle, and further transmitting data from the base station to each vehicle. SOLUTION: The position data are acquired by using a GPS, the target position is converted into the coordinate data on a digital map, data communications are mutually performed between the base station and the vehicle by using communication equipment and information about the positions of other vehicles, the target position is displayed on a display of each vehicle by superposing the information on the digital map by each vehicle.
