PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively small inexpensive microwave generator to produce large power microwave. SOLUTION: In this microwave generator to produce microwave by the excitation of magnetron tubes 49u-49w, using input of three-phase current voltage, power supply to each filament 49fu, 49fv and 49fw of three magnetron tubes is performed with three filament transformers 46u, 46v and 46w. Power supply to each anode 49au, 49av and 49aw is performed after transforming three-phase AC voltage regulated by a three-phase power regulator 43 by means of three high voltage transformers 47u, 47v and 47w connected to each phase.
