PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a mirror supporting frame which is constituted separately from a carrier frame in order to support a mirror on a half rate carriage, and to form the locking parts of respective members by punching, and to accurately define a mirror supporting position. SOLUTION: The mirror supporting frame 30 is loaded in a mirror loading opening 24 formed in the carrier frame 20 of the half rate carriage, and the mirror is fixed and supported by using mirror insertion holes 38 and 39. A vertically hung-down bracket 27 and horizontal projection members 25 and 26 formed by punching are arranged in the mirror loading opening 24 formed in the carrier frame 20, and horizontal slits 35 and 36 are formed by punching in the mirror supporting frame 30, then, by inserting the horizontal projection members 25 and 26 into the slits 35 and 36 and fixing the frame, the mirror supporting position is defined.
