PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve insufficiency of adhesive properties, etc. in a decorative sheet in which a polyolefin resin is used as a raw material and which is constituted of two sheets. SOLUTION: Adhesive properties between a base material layer 2 and a coating layer 7 can be improved by placing a layer 5 comprising the polyolefin resin with heat bonding properties on the bottom face side of the coating layer 7 on the top side of the base material layer 2 and in addition, either by laminating the above described coating layer 7 on a pattern layer through an anchor coat layer 4 or by applying ozone treatment on the bottom face layer of the coating layer 7.
