PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection data correcting means for always obtaining a good-quality reconstituted image without receiving influence from the variation of X-ray irradiation and measurement conditions at the time of measuring an examinee, an X-ray tomography apparatus. SOLUTION: This projection data correcting means includes a measuring part 1, a data processing part 2 for image reconstitution and a control part 3. The part 3 is provided with an X-ray irradiation and measurement condition recording means 15, and a preprocessing part 10 is provided with a projection data correcting means 16. The recording means 15 records X-ray irradiation and measurement conditions at the time of measurement, namely an X-ray tube current, an X-ray irradiation pulse width and the detected sensitivity of a two-dimensional X-ray detector 6 at the time of irradiating X-rays from an X-ray source (X-ray tube) 5. The correcting means 16 executes the correcting processing of projection data based on a parameter showing the X-ray irradiation and measurement conditions recorded in the recording means 15 and corrects the gain variation of measurement data proportional to the X-ray tube current, an X-ray irradiation pulse width and the detected sensitivity of the detector 6.
