PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grilled food carrying member that is easily manufactured and accommodates surplus oil or liquid dropping from grilled foods to prevent from leaking out externally. SOLUTION: A grilled food carrying member 1 used for a grill or the like is given a corrugated section in which a plurality of furrows and ridges is provided alternately continuously by corrugating aluminum foil and forming blocking walls 5 to block outflow of a liquid such as oil by folding back the furrows 2 into ridges from both ends to a predetermined length of the portions folded back into ridges, points 3 of the parts folded back into ridges are located higher than the ridges 4 of the corrugations.
