PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asymmetrical communication system and the method for efficiently requesting a band size for incoming transmission information and efficiently transmitting the incoming transmission information. SOLUTION: This asymmetrical communication system connects one or more terminal stations to one base station. In the case that the constitution part of the base station for generating the request size value of an incoming band for incoming information transmission requested from the terminal station is provided with the constitution of allocating an incoming excess band exceeding an incoming band request size requested by the terminal station, an efficient circuit for calculating the next request band size for the next incoming transmission information considering the incoming excess band allocation as well is provided and efficient band size request for the incoming transmission information considering the past incoming band allocation size as well is performed in the terminal station.
