SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that the situation of the display case 100 can be monitored on the outside via an information processing means 3 by providing a detecting means 1 to detect situations regarding temperature, humidity or illuminance, etc., in the display case 100 and to make them into signals and a transmitting means 2 to transmit a situation signal S to be transmitted from the detecting means 1 by radio in one display case 100 without wiring from the outside and providing an information processing means 3 to receive and process the situation signal S transmitted from the transmitting means 2 outside the display case 100.
