PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil stain resistance evaluating method permitting evaluation at a low cost. SOLUTION: A false oil stain 14 having fats and oils, and carbon black is dripped on a surface 11a of an evaluated object 11. IN succession, city water filled in a separating funnel 12 is dripped for washing. The oil and fat resistance of the evaluated object 11 is then evaluated from the remaining state of the pseudo oil stain 14.
