PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fogging seal for preventing the deterioration of a resin sheet caused by the oxidation and reduction reaction of photocatalyst particles. SOLUTION: A hydrophilic surface layer 5 containing photocatalyst particles is formed on the surface of a resin sheet 1 and an adhesive layer 2 is provided on the rear surface of the resin sheet 1 and a protective layer 6 preventing the deterioration of the resin sheet caused by the oxidation and reduction reaction of photocatalyst particles is provided between a base sheet 4 and the surface layer 5.
