PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in the service life of a carrier roller and an obstacle to a printing quality by using a usual mechanism without changing a paper discharge part in an electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic device having an electrophotographic system printing means for printing paper fed from a paper feeding part, a fixing machine for fixing toner on the printed paper, a paper discharge part having a means for loading a printing paper sheet, a carrier roller positioned between the fixing machine and the paper discharge part and a means for detecting the passage of the paper tip by approaching the carrier roller, after a prescribed time passes after detecting the passage of the paper tip by a detecting means, a paper carrying speed of the carrier roller is changed. |
