PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of information for use which are not acquired during the pause of a center system (central management device) in an image forming device management system where information for used of plural image forming devices of clients are automatically reported to the center system by a data communication device. SOLUTION: A client of the center system performs normal acquisition processing to acquire information for use of each image forming device, which the data communication device reports, by a spontaneous call from the data communication device or a call from the center system to the data communication device at a normal report date preset for every image forming device. At least before a center system pause period, the client of the center system performs advance acquisition processing to acquire information for use of each image forming device, which the data communication device reports, by an originating call from the data communication device or a call from the center system to the data communication device at a preset advance report date before the normal report date corresponding to the image forming device. |
