PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heat radiating structure of an electrical heating element accommodation case, which can keep the temperature of the electrical heating element or the like which is accommodated inside at a prescribed value, can achieve a simple structure and inexpensive execution, at the same time, does not require maintenance, and prevents the reduction in the functions and service life of the accommodated electrical heating element, without having to fit special cooling means. SOLUTION: Hot air from an electrical heating element 17, accommodated in an inner box 2, is absorbed effectively by an inner-surface-side projection piece 11 with large surface area being formed in the inner box 2 and a black body surface 19, is transferred to an outer-surface side projection piece 12 with a large surface area exposed in a duct 13, and rises in the duct 13 for radiating from an exhaust vent 24 of a top plate 4, thus continuously keeping the electrical heating element 17 at a prescribed temperature that will not affect the functions.
