PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a helmet capable of changing the position of a visor part to an optimum position according to the contents of operation. SOLUTION: A sliding ring-shaped part 2a integrally formed with the visor part 2 is slidably engaged with a circumferential edge part 1a of a shell body 1 so as to move the visor part. The helmet is provided with a lock mechanism for stopping the rotation of the visor part 2.
