PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress propeller singing with ease. SOLUTION: A strut bearing cover 5 has an air discharge opening 10 in the end face. When a pump 12 is driven to discharge air 14 backward from the air discharge opening 10, the air 14 turns to bubbles before pressed against and diffused by a rotating propeller 1. The natural frequency of the propeller 1 is deviated accordingly, which suppresses resonance and thus singing.
