PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure and facilitate the working process while enabling the working outside of a vehicle or in three ways by operating buttons for radio transmission so as to easily house, fix and draw out a wheelchair or the like and removing the wheel chair, a seat belt and a set implement for the first time when lowering the wheelchair. SOLUTION: A lift is used, and a main post and a receiver are integrated so that a care giver can do the care work on the outside of a vehicle.
