PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable laminated sheet having good quality at a low cost by reducing use energy by continuous molding. SOLUTION: A powdery resin composition, which contains a powdery thermosetting resin and a curing agent as essential components and is obtained by applying mechanical energy to the mixture of these components to generate mechanochemical reaction, is allowed to be present on at least the surface of a sheetlike fiber base material and the whole is heated to obtain a prepreg. One prepreg or a plurality of prepregs are moved in a vertical direction from above to below and a metal foil or film is superposed to the single surface or both surfaces thereof and the whole is inserted in the nip between heated rolls from above to be subjected to laminate molding to produce a laminated sheet.
