PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate faults of a high cost to assure a considerable amount of single materials even mills ends, a weak connecting strength of simply butt jointed material and feasible warpage crack disorder due to a moisture from a substrate material after construction in a conventional woody base material effectively utilizing the end materials each using a core material obtained by butt jointing the mills ends of the single materials, veneers or plywoods adhered to the front and rear surfaces, so-called a frequently used lumber core plywood. SOLUTION: The woody base material is obtained by applying a connecting locking part to the side face of a mill end for forming a rectangular woody small piece, connecting them in a horizontal direction as a core material, and integrally laminating the front surface material, the core material, the rear surface material and a rear surface moistureproofing material. Even by mixing various types off materials for use, a stably connecting strength can be performed. Since the moistureproofing material is adhered to the rear surface, a moisture from the substrate material after construction can be shut off, and a wide lengthy woody material having small warpage crack disorder of a low cost can be supplied.
