SOLUTION: The device is provided with a reception part 10 that restricts the band of the RG signal of multiplex channel communication which is received from an antenna and that amplifies it to a prescribed level, an analog downward conversion part 20 which down-converts the signals amplified by the reception part 10 into IF signals, a digital downward conversion part 30 which converts the IF signals of multiplex channel communication, which are down-converted in the analog downward conversion part 20 into digitals, down-converts them into base band signals by individual channels, multiplexes them, outputs them to channel cards by individual channels, executes decimation and high speed Fourier transformation on the converted digital signals, and detects signal power levels by individual channels.
