PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector which performs card holding and ejection functions with a single part and prevents the card from popping out at card ejection time. SOLUTION: The card connector is provided with a slider 4 and a connecting member 16 which performs a card holding power flexibly connected with a card 100 with the slider 4 forwarded to the progressive position. To the slider 4, a locked member 54 is set, and to a swinging body 6 in free swinging at body 1 side, a locking part 61 and a push pressure lever 62 are provided. When the slider 4 approaches the forward position, the locking part 61 fits with the locked part 54 and the slider 4 is locked. When the swinging body 6 is rotated opposite to the arrow mark (a) direction, the locking part 61 fixed to the locked part 54 is released and the push pressure lever 62 presses a holding part 49 of the side of the slider 4 to move the slider 4 backward. |
