PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a large load is necessary in terms of a time, labor, and learning curve at the time of aggregating electronic personal information available on the Internet and therefore, an end user who wants to perform access to electronic personal information is required to visit various information provider sites individually according to a graphical user interface and a log-in protocol and his/her own necessity. SOLUTION: In a system for delivering personal information, a processor which selects an end user who collects personal information is connected with one or more information providers so that the personal information of the selected end user can be extracted from the connected information provider. In this case, the personal information on the selected end user can be extracted based on end user data related with the selected end user and provider data related with the connected information provider.
