PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enciphered information distributing device, by which information preserved on a computer or information transferred onto a computer network can be protected by enciphering the information and retrieved at more high speed than a conventional device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a tag applying part 302 for storing information, which is stored in an information storage part 301, after applying a prescribed tag in a markup language such as XML or SGML, enciphering part 303 for enciphering the stored information except for the tag, deciphering part 305 for limiting the range of the enciphered information to be deciphered in the information, which is enciphered while using the tag, and deciphering the enciphered information within the range, retrieving part 304 for retrieving the deciphered information, and information managing part 306 for controlling the respective parts. |
