PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording method for an optical disk, a recording device for optical disk, and a reproducing device for an optical disk in which occurrence of an error which cannot be corrected can be suppressed in an optical disk in which regions formed by unevenness of a disk substrate are arranged along a track at regular intervals. SOLUTION: In an optical disk, uneven regions formed by unevenness of a disk substrate are arranged along a track at regular intervals, recording regions in which data of the prescribed unit number (n) (n: natural number) is recorded are provided between uneven regions arranged at regular intervals. Two dimensional arrangement of 172 bytes×192 bytes is performed by adding additional data to input data. First encoding to constitute a code group by data arrangement of an oblique direction to the two dimensional arrangement is performed and a first encoding parity P1 is added. As second encoding, for constituting a code group by data arrangement of a row direction to the two dimensional arrangement to which the first encoding parity is added, is performed and a second encoding parity P2 is added. Data is recorded in an optical disk in the direction of row of two dimensional arrangement and in order.
