PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield of material of fan-shaped steel sheets while generation of the axial voltage in an electric rotating machine is restrained. SOLUTION: Positions of mating surfaces 14 of fan-shaped steel sheets 12 are shifted in sequence to the same direction in a circumferential direction, by equal pitches from an iron core sheet 11 positioned at one end portion in the axial direction to an iron core plate 11 positioned at the other end portion. The pitches shifting the mating surfaces 14 are made the slot pitch.
