PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a load among plural units by dividing the load to the plural units (groups) composed of CPU, checking load information for each of these units, automatically demanding processing to the unit of the light load in the case of demanding the execution of a job, and assigning a dispatch function or the like to the CPU of the light load inside the unit concerning a load distributing system composed of plural SMP systems respectively having plural CPU and a shared memory. SOLUTION: This system is composed of plural units, which are composed of plural CPU, for respectively independently executing processing, a means for selecting the unit of the light load on the basis of the load information of each of plural units in the case of demanding processing, and a means for demanding processing to the selected unit of the light load.
