PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently ensure a recording region for data to be actually used by a file system in a whole disk region without compressing any recording region other than an inverse transformation table in a whole disk region in each recording medium. SOLUTION: An inverse transformation table 502 in which virtual block numbers corresponding to each physical block on a recording device such as a disk device are arranged in the order of physical block numbers is prepared and recorded in each recording device without recording any transformation table to be used for transforming the virtual block numbers into node numbers, disk numbers, or physical block numbers in the recording device. Moreover, at the time of starting a distrusted file system, the inverse transformation table 502 is read, and the transformation table is temporarily constructed on a recording region.
