PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a multiple recording and to allow the recording of a large capacity of data to be performed while suppressing the degradation in diffraction efficiency as far as possible. SOLUTION: Respective holograms are successively recorded in different regions of a hologram recording medium 13 by changing the incident angle of object light and reference light on the hologram recording medium 13 every time when one sheet of the hologram is recorded.
